Returns & Refunds Policy for Montere

At Montere, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our returns and refunds policy.


Returns

We accept returns on items within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Any items that appear used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as underwear or sale items, are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@montere.club with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, please ship the item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned not in its original condition (e.g., missing tags or showing signs of wear), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@montere.club with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@montere.club, and we will investigate further.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
