Order Fulfillment
We take pride in our high-tech fulfillment facility that ensures your order is processed quickly and efficiently. Most orders are prepared for shipping shortly after being placed. We work hard to optimize logistical costs to provide you with the best value for your money.
Shipping Times & Delivery
We offer express worldwide shipping for all orders. Delivery times depend on your location and typically range between 2 and 12 days:
- Netherlands & Europe: 2-7 business days
- Rest of the World: 7-12 business days
Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery times, external factors such as customs clearance or carrier delays may affect the actual delivery time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. All rates include VAT where applicable.
- Netherlands: Free shipping on orders above €50. A flat fee of €5 applies to orders below €50.
- Europe: Flat fee of €10 for all orders.
- International: Flat fee of €20 for all orders.
Order Tracking
We understand how important it is to know when your order will arrive. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the country of destination. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.
Handling Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the shipment, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, Montere is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at support@montere.club, and we will assist in resolving the matter.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at support@montere.club as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated.
